18 persons died today January 8, 2015 of Ebola in Sierra Leone and 31 new infections recorded nationwide, according to official reports.
Freetown and its environs account for 19 of today’s new infections. Health officials said 3 of the test results for today can not be traced to anyone as the data identifying the people is missing.
Freetown and its environs have recorded over 3,000 positive cases of Ebola as of January 8, 2015.
