Youths and police are clashing in Waterloo right now over the distribution of relief rice to a quarantined community near the Benguima area.
A journalist working for a radio station in the area says police have fired tear-gas on the protesting youths, and the vehicle carrying the said rice has been taken to the Benguima Army Barracks.
